Each hanger is made to order with care. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks, plus shipping.

This allows time for detailed craftsmanship, busy season demand, and boutique partnerships. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, rush options are available at checkout.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush upgrades are available for brides on a tighter timeline.

These orders are prioritized within my production schedule to ensure timely delivery.

What if I need my hanger by a specific date?

Leave your “need by” date at checkout. I personally review every order and will reach out if timing needs to be adjusted.

Can I customize the hanger?

Yes. Each hanger is personalized with your chosen wording and thread color. We also offer enhanced customization options, including: coordinated ribbon and tassel details, custom-dyed elements to match your thread selection.

Thread colors can be closely coordinated, but satin is offered in a curated selection of shades.

Yes. Each hanger is built on a custom-designed metal frame with notches for gown straps, then padded and wrapped in satin for both strength and softness.

Can I see a proof before its made?

To maintain production timelines, proofs are not automatically sent.

However, you’re always welcome to request one at checkout.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

Please reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production, I’ll do everything I can to adjust it.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because each hanger is custom-made, returns are not accepted.
