Return and Refund Policy

TheBoondockQuiltCo is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your order of your personalized Luxe Satin Hanger, you may return your hanger for a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange of the same product originally purchased.    If you are not satisfied with your order the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise: 

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase 

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must obtain a return authorization before returning your item back to us.  Please call 815-556-8440 to get an RA#.  We will be happy to help you. 

  • Once the RA# is on the package, returns should be sent to the following address:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging  

  • Refunds for returns received within 30 days of purchase date will be given in the same form as the original payment type. 

  • Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.  You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise. 

  • TheBoondockQuiltCo is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send.  For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned.  If your package is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not refund or replace your order. 

  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has arrived at our facility. 

  • If you are requesting an exchange of your purchase, please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed.  You will be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange to be mailed back via USPS.
